TriaChain Solutions / web platforms

Web development, from the landing page to the platform behind it.

Web projects tend to fail in the same two places. The thing crawls on a phone with a weak signal, and the admin panel your own staff uses all day was built in the last week before launch. We build the product your customers see, the server underneath, and the boring screens that keep the business running.

// what we build

Four kinds of web work

[01] platforms

Customer-facing platforms

Booking systems, marketplaces, client portals, dashboards. The kind with accounts, payments and somebody's money moving through them, where a bug is not a cosmetic problem.

[02] back office

The back office nobody demos

Admin panels, approval flows, reporting. Your staff spends more hours in there than your customers spend on the front page, and it is usually the part that was rushed.

[03] rescue

A build somebody left behind

A half-finished project, or a site that outgrew the tool it was made in. We read what exists, say whether finishing is cheaper than replacing, and then do that.

[04] speed

Rebuilds for speed

A page that takes six seconds loses the customer long before your marketing team hears about it, and no amount of ad spend fixes that. We find where the time actually goes and take it back.

// how it works here

Four things worth knowing before you brief anyone

  • The stack follows the job. For web interfaces, we work with frameworks such as React and Angular. On the server, the choice ranges from TypeScript to Go and Rust, depending on the load and the cost of getting it wrong. Storage, infrastructure and deployment follow the data, security and operating constraints. We choose technology your team can run after handover.
  • The admin panel gets the same care. Internal screens decide how much your staff hates their day. We treat them as a real product rather than as the leftover budget.
  • You own all of it. Code, cloud accounts, domains and analytics in your name from the first day. If you replace us, there is nothing to untangle.
  • Start with a useful release. We agree the scope and budget after seeing what the platform has to do. The first release is small enough to finish and useful enough to judge before you commit to more.
// questions

What clients ask first

How much does a web platform cost?

A brochure site and a platform with accounts and payments differ by an order of magnitude, so the honest answer starts with a conversation. We look at what it has to do before agreeing the scope and budget. Longer projects usually continue month to month.

Should we use WordPress or a website builder instead?

Sometimes, and we will say so. For five pages and a contact form, a template site is cheaper and we are the wrong people. Call us when there is logic behind the pages: accounts, payments, stock, approvals, anything with rules.

Do you do design as well?

If you have a designer, we build to their files. If you do not, we bring one in for the project. What we will not do is drop your content into a template and call it design work.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. We review their code, pair with them, or take one part of the system and own it end to end, whichever fits how they already work.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. The repository, the cloud accounts and the analytics are in your name.

Do you keep it running afterwards?

Yes. Updates, security patches, new features, and one of the three of us reachable rather than a support queue.
